Sponsorship Opportunities

The Nevada Music Educators Association (NMEA) is pleased to offer the opportunity to partner with our organization through our yearly Organization Sponsorship Program. Sponsorships are effective for one year from receipt of payment. NMEA will provide sponsors with exposure to a variety of individuals, from middle and high school-aged music students to teachers and parents, during our various programs and services throughout the year, including our Conference/Clinic and All-State Concerts. Please review our sponsorship categories below.

We can also offer additional sponsorship opportunities for various events, as they occur throughout the year. Please contact Matt Symes the NMEA Exhibits and Sponsors Co-Chair at webdesign@nmeamusic.org.

How To Become a Sponsor

 

1. Select your Sponsorship Level

Click on the button below to see details of our 2024-2025 sponsorship levels, then complete the Pledge Form.

2. Select your Payment Method and Make Your Payment.

The deadline for Exhibit registration for the 2025 NMEA All-state Conference/Clinic is December 1 and space is limited. Payment must be received by December 31st. 

Pay by Check, 

  1. Complete the Exhibitors Registration form. Click here to complete the Registration Form

  2. Go to the Exhibitor Webstore below to pay by check or card. 

  3. If you have questions, need to mail a check, or would like to request an invoice contact David Morris the State Executive at stateexec@nmeamusic.org

Sponsorships are effective for one year upon the date of payment.

Webstore Instructions ​

​Please complete your webstore purchase to pay by card or by check. 

  1. Select the fees/items you would like to pay for in the webstore below and add the quantity you want, then click Add to Cart.

  2. You can go back to the webstore, browse, and add more fees/items to your cart, or you can check out.

  3. Follow the prompts during Checkout and be sure to put in all the correct information for Customer Details and Delivery. 

  4. You will receive an email confirming your order was received that will include a link to your invoice. Simply click on the View Invoice link in the email.

  • Follow the prompts on the webstore and besure to complete the manual payment option.
